Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What are the drugs are you taking? Inform your physician about your drug history and try to stop the drug and take and alternative if it is necessary. Mean while I suggest you to take T.Cetirizine BD(twice daily after food) and consult an ENT surgeon for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
