Do Drugs Lower The Sex Drive ?
hello doc i am 30Y male from delhi. i have hair problem, from last 2 yrs, i checked it many doctors, now i am showing this problem to an skin specialist, he is V.D. also. so i am having my medicine from last 3 months and my hair growth are started. i just want to ask. that he recommend me for tugain 5% solution, daily 1.5 ml in morning and evening, tab finax 1 mg, tab xtin forte and cap zocare C for night, for first 2 months, now he recommend me cap carvic alternatively for 20 days against cap zocare C. only one question is in my mind... are these medicines does my sexual strength few.

Out of the medicines, you have been prescribed, Tugain solution contains finasteride. However, topical application of this solution is safe, as finasteride is usually not absorbed in significant amount by topical application, therefore resulting almost no systemic bad effect.
However, Tablet Finax has finasteride as its active ingredient. Finasteride has its sex related side effect in males. These effect may be decreased libido, erectile dysfunction as well as ejaculation disorder. Usually these effects are of mild nature, but in some cases these may be moderate to severe and in some cases, discontinuation of medicine may be advised.
