Do Headaches With Teeth Clenching While Sleep Happen While Switching From Cymbalta To Viibram ?

HI I have been on Cymbalta 60 mg for approx. 6 years. My pych is tapering me off and tritating me
on Viibram. Now for past week I have been taking 30 mg Cymbalta + 10 mg of Viibram.
I wear a bite guard and I have been clenching my teeth when I sleep. I wake up everyday with a headache.
