Do I Have To See A Doctor For Bleeding On My Scalp?

I fell backwards on Friday Night, but didnt hit my head on anything, bled a little bit, but bleeding stopped quick, didn't experience a headache until this morning which is Monday. No vomiting , no dizziness, no blackout, but I have a red spot on my scalp that is sore. Should I seek medical attention?

Welcome to HCM,
From your presentation, i don't think you need any medical advise for the small head laceration. If you ever feel any pain at the trauma site, take Tab. Paracatamol
1gm , max 4 tablets a day to get relief from pain.
