Do I Need A Surgery To Correct Bent Lower Spine?

I already had surgery (2008-2009) of my cervical and lumber spine. The pain has returned. The doctor tells me, after studying my MRI, that I need to go under the knife again, to correct my bent lower spine with irons. I do not know what to do. I cannot go under the knife again, and the pain is unbearable. Do you have any help?
