Do I Need A Surgery?

Hi I was in a roll over. Mri report says c 6and7 is herniated pressing on my secal sac and nerve root. My righthand is affected. Alner loss pinky is always numb. Pain always from neck to shoulders to back to arm. Had steroid injection didnt help. Therapy made it worse..do I need sergery?

Your symptoms and MRI findings are compatible with a discal herniation with compression of your spinal cord.

That is why I would recommend consulting with a spinal surgeon or neurosurgeon as soon as possible to perform surgery. Meanwhile, it is important holding a cervical collar to help improve your situation and avoid further progression of the spinal cord compression.
Surgery is the only treatment option in your case. I would not recommend performing physiotherapy before surgery.
