Do I Need To Readjust Thyroid Medication If Suffering From Fainting Spells?

I had an episode of passing out while doing exercising with a trainer the other day my hr dropped to 40 after pushing a 25lb wgt cross the floor 3 times. I had thyroidectomy 1 1/2 years ago for thyroid ca. Could my thyroid medication cause this if it needs to be adjusted? Also when i stretch i feel as if i am having hot flashes and i feel the stretching brings them on.

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Yes thyroid hormone imbalance can cause the symptoms you reported.
I would suggest to check the thyroid hormones (TSH,FT4 and FT3) and see if the actual dose is the proper one.
Usually the dose of levothryoxine needed to maintain low TSH level is high and should be monitored closely.
