not likely insulin resistance has any role in tendinitis
this is seperate condition
tendinitis may be due to infection ,injury and some other cause
please take treatment as advised by doctor

Tendinitis is due to injury or overuse of the tendon. Insulin resistance found in PCOS may cause increase fatigue , overweight and obesity. Which in turn may lead to over use of the tendons and tendinitis
