Do Migraines Cause Vertigo?

Vertigo has been waking me up about every two weeks. I am 65 and have been fighting vertigo for the past 20 years. I have had some years with very few symptoms. I have had episodes that have lasted a week long and others that were mild. ENT said menieres other doctors said not menieres. I also have migraines and problems with my neck. Is it possible for migraines to cause vertigo? I have also had tachycardia and am taking metoprolol.
