Do Multiple Hypoechoic Masses Within The Posterior And Anterior Uterine Walls Need To Be Treated?

i did a an ultrasound scan on my abdomen and pelvic USG and the report was that my Uterus contains multiple hypoechoic masses within the posterior and anterior walls with the largest measuring 3.1*2.7*2.5cm at the anterior wall. Please what does this mean? is this report so critical? any medication? thanks.

welcome to hcm ..ypur your report says that you are having fibroids in walls of uterus
fibroids are benign slow growing tumour
it may be without symptom or with pain or abnormal menstrual periods or painful sex
treatments are medical as tab danazol two times or drugs as combined oral pills
surgical option is given to patients with completed family ..surgeries are uterus removal laparoscopic method or myomectomy only tumor containing muscle layer is removed or laser therapy .
..usually treatment is decided according to the patient symptoms and other problems
