my baby is a 3 month old and her body weight is 6.4 kgs. i have her urine examines and here is the results: Epith Cells: few; WBC: 2-5 hpf; rbc: 0-2 hpf; bacteria: rare; Threads: rate; A. Urates: rare. does she needs to take antibiotics? thank you

Hi, yes your child needs antibiotics as along with pus cells, RBC are also present. I would also like to know whether any swelling over eyelids is present or not and how is the blood pressure of child.
