Hi

welcome to HCM

Vertin doesn't cause fainting or giddiness but Neugaba M 75 can cause giddiness ,but it is a very good drug for spondylosis .If giddiness and fainting
started after few days of taking medicine then it may go off with continued usage of medicine in 4 or 5 days .
but if it is still persistent kindly consult your doctor for an alternate medicine
