Do Potassium Supplements Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

Have low potassium levels, was put on potassium 10mgq supplement for 2 months. Blood was rechecked and levels had NOT gone up. So Dr put me on 20mgq of Potassium Supplement. As soon as I started the higher dose I have had continuous vaginal bleeding and clots. Can this be caused by the supplement ??

Hi,welcome to healthcaremagic forum.
Heavy bleeding is not at all a common side effect of potassium supplements.If your flow was normal before,it is better to look for other causes.
