OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it can be due to allergy to the sanitary napkins. Change your pad every 4 hours even if it is soaked fully. Wash regularly with warm water every time you use washroom. It can also due to vaginitis also. Do not use tight under garments, jeans or clothes which irritates your skin like nylon. Take some pain killers if it is painful. You can also use Clotrimazole cream under prescription.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
