Do Sore Breasts And Vaginal Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

Am i pregnant or are my symptoms pms. Usually when my period comes my breasts are just a little sore and i get a sharp pain in my vagina only a few days before my period starts. But this month my breasts are super sore and my nipples have white dots on them, im bloated, i am starting to eat things i didnt like before, and oddly ill start off super hungry but after the first few buts im not hungry anymore, some smells have me naseated, and when i become active after a certain amount of time my ankles and knees quivers.
