Dear Usha ji
In Ayurveda for endometriosis problem the drugs of choice is ashoka arisht along with this i would recommend punarnava guggul 1 tab aloes compound 2 tab. BD and tab menocramp 1 bd to be started 8 days before expected date for cycle.
