Do Subcentimeter Nodes Cause Persistent Abdominal Pains?

sir, i am suffering from abdomain pain since last two and half months.I went through various tests like ESR,CRP,COMPLETE BLOOD TEST, UPPER GI ENDOSCOPY,ULTRASOUND AND CT-SCAN.I have been prescribed with pantocid-IT and colospa retard.I am taking this medicine since last 20 days, but there is no sign of improvement.CT-SCAN film shows multiple subcentimetric nodes , other than this all reports are normal.

Thanks for your query.
Note the history of pain in abdomen for the last two and half moths, all tests of blood, CT abdomen, Endoscopy done, only CT scan shows subcentimeter lymph nodes.
This CT finding is definitely suggestive of an inflammatory pathology for which you have to be investigated further.
The best one for you is diagnostic laparoscopy and lymph node biopsy of the most suspicious lymph nodes as this will give the most accurate diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
Additional tests like that for tuberculosis, blood cancer markers, colonoscopy, X-ray of the chest to see for tuberculosis can help to get a proper diagnosis and plan of management.
