my mother is diagnosed with osteoarthritis as well as rheumatoid arthritis.she has spinal problem too. medicines prescribed are-1-daflon500mg twice a day,2-orcerin twice a day,3-mega free flex -twice a day, 3.-pregablin-twice a day,4. bio de fem -twice a day, 5-d-gain once in a month., 6-folitrex 15 mg once in a week followed by next day folvite 5 mg. ......is theses drug are right to follow....which kind of side effect will occur latter on

this would generally be the prescription for a person suffering from the problems that you stated.
I am sure your doctor must have advised you regarding tests like CBC, LFT etc at regular intervals, since she is on the above medication.
