Do The Rubella Results Show Risk Of Fetal Defects?

I'm 33 years old and I'm almost five weeks pregnant. I'm worried because my anti-rubella - IgG its:> 500,0 U/mL, anti-rubella - lgM its negative. Immunologic reaction for CMV IgG its: 350.8 UI/mL. Immunologic reaction for CMV IgM its: negative 0.24. Tiroestimulante hormone - TSH it's: 6,71 μIU/mL. Could I have difficulties to continue my pregnancy or any risk of deffects in my bb?

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum
The Ig G antibodies you have mentioned for Rubella and Cytomegalo Virus are suggestive of past infection/inrecovery stage as the body has already developed antibodies against it.
Ig M antibodies are suggestive of present infection. So,you do not have present infection but possible harm to the foetus in past cannot be ruled out(last 5wks).
So, please consult your doctor for all necessary investigations including ultrasound scan to rule out any congenital abnormalities.
Please follow your doctor's advice for further management.
All the best.
