Do Vaginal And Labia Abscess With Lumps Prevent Conception?

I have been suffering for quite some time from bumps on my vagina. Usually, I will get one bump on my left or right labia in the same exact spot everytime, and within the next couple of days, more show up. I have seen a doctor about the issue back in 2009 I believe, and that doctor told me to stop using soap, and hair removal cream. I took the doctors advice and stopped using them, but then months later they started to show up again. I just recently saw a doctor about the problem again, because now the bumps are getting bigger and more painful. Also, I am starting to get the bumps on the inside of my vagina as well as on both of my labias. This doctor told me it looks like an abscess, so he took some swabs of it and sent it to the lab. He also precribed me clindamycin to get rid of them. He decided not to cut the bumps open because some of them were on my left labia. I would like to know if this is a n abscess, what is an abscess or what type of abscess is it? Also, I have been trying to conceive a child for about three years now (i already have a child), and I was wondering is this "abscess" preventing me from conceiving?
