Hi,

It is unlikely to cause stomach infection. Acutret is commonly prescribed to treat acne vulgaris.

Its common side effects include redness and swelling of the skin, itching, nausea, heartburn, stomach upset, joint pain, and fatigue. It is unlikely to be cause for the infection of pancreas or liver.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
