Does Adderall Help Control ADHD?

HI am 29 years old 5 7 135lb I was diagnosed with ADHD at age 10 I am currently prescribed 90mg of adderall per day I talked to my doctor about switching to vyanse but he doesnt really listens to me and since I have been going to him for years I haven t looked for a new provider. is there benefit to switching to vyanse

Hi,

The difference between the drugs is that Adderall contains amphetamine salts (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine), whereas Vyvanse contains lisdexamfetamine, which the body converts to dextroamphetamine before it is active.
