Does Aspirin 81mg Help With The Pressure And Pain In Knee?

Yes, Ive had an anursym before and Im able to walk and all right now but Im at work and I had a huge pressure/pain near the back of my knee right leg and it moved to the middle of my thigh...I sat down and took three aspirin 81MG...Will it disperce the cloat I am currently feeling in my leg before I get back up???
