Does CLA Benefit As An Inflammatory Agent Against Arthritis?
Hello. i m only 48 years old and diagonosed with arthritis in my right knee. Doc says I may need a partial knee replacement in 5 years. I just recently has arthroscopy on my meniscus. I ve been reading up on CLA and its benefits as an inflammatory agent against arthritis. Any truth on on that?

There is no concrete evidence that CLA can help in arthritis, still many people are using it. There is no harm in using it, but donot expect much benefit.
