Does Dilantin Interact With Simvastatin, Carvedilol And Losartan?

I take the following meds, Diltazem, Dilantin, Losartin, Simvastatin and Carvedidoll. I take 1 12.5 Carvedidol and the Losartin in the morning. The rest before bedtime. This morning I realized Ihat I had accidently forgotten to take my night meds, I took them this morning all except 1 carvedidol. Should I resume my regular schedule this evening even though it won t be 24 hours between doses?

Yes you can take it as soon as you remember the forgotten dose and adjust the time duration accordingly. There is no need to give a 24 hour break.
