Does Doxycycline Cause Muscle Ache And Fatigue?

I recently took Doxycyciline, and I had adverse reactions including flu like pain, painful to be touched and fatigue. Could I be having lingering pain in my large muscles, particularly the back of my neck and upper back, chest, buttocks and the front of my thighs? It s been three weeks since I took it.
