Does Ecosprin Interact With Clexane?

I have been diagnosed as weakly positive for lupus anticoagulant, and dr has advised me to take hcqs 200mg twice a day, ecosprin 75mg once a day, and daily clexane 0.4ml injections. I am 6 weeks pregnant now, is it safe for the baby, if I continue these medications?

As per your history is concerned the two drugs ecosprin and clexane should not be used at a time. So discuss with your doctor.
