Does Effexor XR Cause Arm Pain?

I am on Effexor XR 150mg daily for 3 months and wondering if arm aches are a usual side effect? I have an aching left arm for over a week now. It s acting weak, difficult to lift and lean on and seems to be in the muscle rather than joint or bone. Thanks, Kerry.

ok, drugs given by mouth do not decide to go to only one place. Therefore, localized symptoms from a drug that is all over is not likely to occur unless there is something else happening (aspirin increases bleeding. but this is only seen in the spot with the cut).
