Does Ganado With Pan Relieves The Acidity Problem?

I am basically a distal myopathy patient. Also having duodinal ulcer. Any antibiotic I take result in a strong acidity. After antibiotic like zithrocin and pentaclav I having strong acidity aand strongest Omez + Gelucin is now working. Doctor is advising me to take Ganadon tab with Pan 40 twice daily. Will the condition improve or increase in acidity?
