Does HCG Level 8 Signify Partial Implantation?

I am having PCOS and being treated with Ovacet, Dibeta SR (500), Loprin75. Last month my Beta HCG level shows 8. Does that mean that partial implantation had occurred? Besides I had my period on 16/08/2013. What are my chances of getting pregnant as my Hormonal levels are absolutely ok and my HSG report is also ok.

you didn,t mention your rport lab cut off units.usually beta hcg Regularity of your periods you did not mention.
status of husband sperm analysis also needed to comment.
