Does Hashimoto S Disease Cause Swelling In Lymph Nodes Of Neck And Clavicle Area?

I am 62, have Hashimoto s for 18 years, been on Levothyroxine .112 for 17 years...is it common to have benign enlarged lymph nodes in the neck and clavicle area for 1.5 years, with slow growth. MRI, CT scan state benign, but no other explanation given to me.

Hello,
No, it would not be the Hashimoto's disease causing the enlarged lymph nodes. If they are persistent or enlarging they should be biopsied to make sure they are benign.
