Does Hepatitis C Cause A False Positive For Meth ?

Hi, does Hepatitis C cause a false positive for meth on a drug screen? My son tested positive, but I've seen no indication since he started rehab six months ago that he is using again. Do you know of a medical journal or other credible article that states this? Thanks.

IV drug users are prone to be infected with Hepatitis c and but false positive meth test is unlikely.
