Does Hydromorphone Interact With Methadone If Taken Together?

I have Fibromyalgia and Neuropathy, really bad, really bad pain, horrible..CanI take hydromorphone and methodone at the same time...or in what mgs are safe? i have been mixing Vidodine and methodone for years with zero problems, no problems, but not sure about Hydromorphone and meth..

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the fibromyalgia is concern it is not the pathological illness but it is the functional kind of disease, and for the neuralgia underlying cause of this is matter of concern, in my opinion best way to come out of this condition is to stay away from the stress besides the medicines you are taking, you can well adjust the time of medicines it is not the dig deal but the safe is keep time gap in between this two drugs two hours would be better hope this information helps.
