Does Ibuprofen Cause Soreness And Pressure Under The Ribcage?

Hi. I hurt my back 8 days ago (old rowing injury) - it flares up every now and then. The pain and mobility is improving but I have a very sore, tight place just under my ribs above my stomach. I feel full and bloated. I did wonder if it was a reaction to the ibruprufrn.

Ibuprofen doesn't cause such symptoms and it might be due to something else. It could be gastritis. You can take antacids like Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
