does a IgM blood test with the result of 0.31 which is low but the Igg blood test is within normal ranges prove i have rubella?

Hello,
IgM antibodies specific to rubella in the blood stream indicate recent exposure to the infection and virus.Even if IgG antibodies are absent.Infection during first trimester for the 1 st time is a serious matter due to high chances of birth defect,miscarriage etc.
