Does Ipill Delay Menstrual Cycle And Why?

my wife had taken I pill wthin 24hrs of unprotected sex but her menstrual cycle was supposed to be normally due on 18-19 jan as per previous mens.cycle. till today she hasn t have her menstrual cycle .. pl let me know if ipill delays the cycle or, advice.why the delay is taking place.

Hello, yes I pill can delay the cycle. But still you need to do a urine pregnancy test on her as she can still conceive despite of ipill intake.
