Does Ivepred 16mg Reduces Weight And Rise In Blood Sugar?

Hi Doctor, I am Shruthi from Bangalore. My husband had nerve problem and he had been suggested by neurologist to take a one month course of medicine as prescribed. one of the tablet he is been taking is steroids [Tablet name : Ivepred 16mg] .The problem here is he has reduced 11 kg in 1 month and when RBS test was done it was found that his blood sugar is 330 which is very high.. Please suggest what needs to be done?
