Does Levest Side Effects Lead To Irregular Periods?

Hi I use to take microlite and never had any side effects and found it very good but I have now moved away from home and they don t have this pill where I live at the moment, So my doctor has given me Levest, and I ve been taken it for about 4 months now, at the start I broke out in little spots on my forehead ( I put this down to changing of the pill) after the month these cleared up, but I have now started to notice that my period are almost gone?? I barley get it for 2 days ? Last month on my 7 day break I got it on the 5th day? I m currently on my 7 day break at the moment and I m on my 5th day and there is barley anything there like? Is this normal, it s never been like this when I was on microlite? Should I change?

Hello,

Firstly, there is no reason to panic. This is seen in a minor proportion of people consuming this medication.

Assuming that there has been no significant change in your diet, exercise, stress levels and overall health, I would suggest you bring this to your doctor`s notice.

If you were comfortable taking microlite, perhaps a different brand of the same generic composition would suit you better.
