Does Lucozade Cause Itchy Red Rashes On The Hands?

I have flu for last few days but yesterday i drank sparkling Lucozade and after drinking it my hands got really itchy and red like rash then in the morning it was gone today I drank it again and same thing happened is it because of the flu or the Lucozade? Thanks
