Does Meftal-P And Corex-DX Help To Reduce Fever And Cough?

HI Doc, My baby is 1.6 years . She is having fever, Cough & running Nose from last seven days. Initial stage temp was 102.7. Doctor suggested me to give Meftal-P 3.5Ml (3 Times), Corex-DX 3.5Ml (3 Times), Pulmoclear 2.5 Ml (2 Times). But from last two days she have temp at morning 100*c. Kindly suggest whether the medicines are appropriate to my baby fever

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Meftal P can be used for the fever with proper recomended dose and duration for the desired result.
Corex D has cough suppressant, I would not like to use it. In place of this any antihistaminic along with decongestant drug can be used.
