Does Miralax Interact With Benefiber?

Can I take Miralax and Benefiber together? I am to take Benefiber 2 to 3 times daily and Miralax once daily normally at bedtime when I take my last does of Benefiber. I am a female, age 75, and have lost a lot of weight. I am 5 3 and weigh 146 lbs. Thanks. Martha L. Hendricks

MiraLAX contains 'polyethylene glycol 3350', which is a laxative solution that increases the amount of water in the intestinal tract to stimulate bowel movements. It is used as a laxative to treat occasional constipation or irregular bowel movements.

Benefiber is a clear and taste free fiber supplement which helps to overcome constipation.

No interactions are known to exist between MiraLAX and Benefiber and hence they can be taken together as recommended by your doctor.
