Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i took one 300 mg neurotin last night nad one this morning and one at 3 p.m. I have not been able to lay down since the night before. I have severe restless legs and was taking mirapex. I was told not to take it with the neurotin but I am not able to lay or sit down they are so bad. Could I just not take the dose tonight or ever again and take my Lrica and mirapex
The use of these medications together would cause increased dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and concentration. They are not absolutely contraindicated (cannot be used together) but there is a risk of these problems if they are used.
Lyrica and mirapex are also associated with the risk of these problems (dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, difficulty concentrating).
It would be best to speak to your doctor about your symptoms to find out what would be the best option.
I hope this helps
