Does Naproxen Cause Numbness, Itching And Tingling All Over Body?

I recently went to my doctor with a numbness and tingling in my right hand and she said it was carpal tunnel syndrome so she prescribed naproxen 500mg twice daily . After taking the pills for a week , I have numbness , itching and tingling all over my body . Is this from the medication or something else?

Naproxen is a painkiller. It can rarely cause allergic skin reaction. This can be the case with you. You can take tablet atarax and stop takin naproxen at once. Visit your doctor to change the drug.
