Does Nexium Intake Cause Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I ve been taking Nexium for 4 years and had vomiting and diarrhea. Lost 40 lbs at first. Gained them back but lost all energy and had to start using a cane. Got dry mouth and got periodontal disease and lost all of my upper teeth. Went to see Gastroenterologist he did a midnight. removed some nodules from colon not cancerous. but the endoscopy shows that I have barretts and it is pre cancerous. Dr. changed me to Ranitidine. Vomiting and diarrhea went away and I m getting energy back I m also taking pantaprozole in AM Could Nexium have caused all these problems?
