Does Noriday Tablet Cause More Depression?

i have suffered depression for 5 years, and was on 2 noriday tablets per day as well. down to one tablet a few weeks ago and now nil because i have entered menopause, but i noticed with first reducing the noriday and now not taking them at all, my depression has lifted. I noticed this within a week from stopping the medicine. is it possible that noriday was respoinsible for the depression
