Does Nyquil Help Cure A Head Trauma?
I had a impact head trauma five days ago that knocked me unconscious. I had a clear CAT scan and no longer have any symptoms like headaches and fogginess. I m having trouble sleeping due to a head and chest cold that I also have. Can I safely take a dose of Nyquil at this point in my concussion recovery?
