Does Oxapro Affect Sperm Quality?
dear doctor, I am using oxapro 10mg,alprax 0.5 and oleptal dt 150mg at night and oleptal 150mg morning. But I don t have anxiety or depression. I have insomnia and sudden unconsciousness. Now my sperm quality goes down. it is just like water. please help. if I stop oxapro. Is it become normal.Thanks.

Oxapro does not affect sperm quality. It may cause decreased libido.
But if you have no anxiety or depression, please consult your treating doctor to stop the drug or reduce its dose.
