Hello doctor....my mother is having PCOS problem....My sister got it too and we only got to know about my sister s problem recently as her period become abnormal....now currently I m having the some trouble...my last period was three months back....last time I do exercise regularly then I had irregular period problem when I consult a doctor I was advised to reduce my exercise routine and he told me that low level of body fat also can lead to such problem....but after I reduce the exercise routine my menstrual cycle became abnormal and it stops...should I consume hormonal pills like LOETTE or NOVELON....will it cause any side effects like gaining weight and so on
