hi madam, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, pacerone side effects are dizzy, tired, vomit, weakness, stomach pain, constipation, tingling etc, longterm use of pacerone have major side effects, but using pacerone doesnt cause blood clots in lungs.. hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
