Does Plan B Cause Acne And Backache?

So exactly 1 month ago I had sex and then the next morning I took plan b but ever since last week I ve been noticing changes in my body such as me getting acne, my back hurting, and i feel like I have gained a little weight in my legs. Two days ago I started cramping really bad and I was bleeding out of vagina and then light pink clots were coming out and now I m still cramping and bleeding a little bit and I just don t know what to do
